Spiritual direction is an ancient ministry that focuses on one’s relationship with God and engagement with the world. With care and confidentiality, a director journeys with you to discover how God is present and working in your life. This session will consider the role of prayer, awareness, silence, and relationship; explore aids to help with discernment and growth; examine how spiritual direction differs from counseling and coaching; and help participants think about finding a director.
