There is a need for a more inclusive model of human resource development, driven by the demands of increasingly diverse workplaces and communities, as well as the continuing expansion of the global economy. This includes the ability for leaders to host the courageous conversations around race, diversity, and equity that help their organizations function. This session will highlight best practices for creating an inclusive workplace that prioritizes organizational diversity in a variety of sectors including corporations, nonprofits, churches, and philanthropy.
