Care of Creation
Director of Operations and Development
Madison, WI
I am focused on the faith imperatives of creation care and environmental justice with a particular concern for the climate change crisis and racial equity. I seek to learn from and partner with others working for justice overall, creation care/environmental justice in particular, and where the case, climate change action, across racial, political and cultural borders.

In my staff role as Director of Operations and Development at Care of Creation (CareOfCreation.org) I am helping mobilize the Church to care for creation and address the ongoing environmental crisis. Care of Creation has been engaged in this work since 2005 and has risen to a significant leadership role in the evangelical creation care community through the efforts of Ed Brown, Executive Director, Craig Sorley, Care of Creation Kenya Director and the rest of our team.

As a founding member of Climate Caretakers' (ClimateCaretakers.org) steering committee, I am focused on that same mobilization and partnering in regard to the climate change crisis. Climate Caretakers has a particular, although not exclusive, focus on evangelical Christians which places it in a strategic, if not unique, leadership position.

As member of the Citizens Climate Lobby Madison chapter Stewardship Outreach Committee (http://www.madisonccl.info/), Coordinator of the 350 Madison chapter Faith Group Outreach Team (http://350madison.org/), co-planner & presenter for Light The Way: Faiths for Climate Justice public action event in Madison, WI. ( http://350madison.org/light-the-way-faiths-for-climate-justice/ ), Wisconsin Interfaith Power and Light conference planning committee member and Environmental Groups Working Toward Racial Equity member I am actively working to build bridges between and among secular climate action groups, faith communities and more in Dane County and Wisconsin.

This entails and requires learning from and partnering with others working for justice overall, creation care/environmental justice in particular, and where the case, climate change action - all across racial, political and cultural borders.
