Scott Bostic is a Missional Church Fellow at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC. He is studying links between faith and health, and he is promoting holistic wellness among the seminary and the communities graduates will serve. Bostic graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served in the U.S. Army as an infantry officer and healthcare administrator. He deployed to Iraq in 2009-2010 with the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division. His life changed through providing footwear to youth in the desert east of Baghdad. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Transform Network, and is currently the ministry intern at Asbury United Methodist Church in Washington, D.C.
His passions include hunger, health care and holistic health, and the missional church.
